At every stage—production, storage, transportation, and use—of dangerous goods and hazardous chemicals, compliance with various regulations is required. These include the UN TDG (United Nations Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods), the UN GHS (Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals), the IMO-IMDG Code (International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code), and the IATA-DGR (International Air Transport Association Dangerous Goods Regulations). Additionally, domestic regulations such as the(State Council Decree No. 591), the(Ministry of Transport Decree No. 29 of 2019), and the(Marine Hazard Prevention [2017] No. 548) must also be observed.
